Guydeez is seeking enthusiastic locals to lead private, customized walking tours showcasing the city's culture, history, and hidden gems. No professional guiding license is required — just strong local knowledge, passion, and the ability to connect with guests.

Language Requirements

Fluency in at least one of the following:

• Spanish

• Chinese
• Italian
• Portuguese

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging private walking tours for small groups
• Personalize each tour based on guest interests and preferences
• Share authentic stories, cultural insights, and historical highlights
• (Optional) Host food-themed tours if passionate about local cuisine

• Pay: 22,000 JPY/day + performance bonuses

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Kanazawa's culture, history, landmarks, and traditions
• Fluency in at least one required language
• Friendly, engaging personality
• Previous guiding or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
