仕事内容
運用部門で「運用型広告の運用」をしていただきます。
D2C(ネット通販)会社の商材をメインに、広告媒体の選定・広告運用・数値管理・数値改善・クリエイティブ作成・クライアントとのミーティング・クライアントへの追加提案を、一気通貫で実施頂きます。
D2C(ネット通販)会社のネット広告の費用対効果改善にコミットしてきたからこそ培ってきた"最強の売れるノウハウ"を武器に、様々な媒体運用の知見だけではなく、コンサルティングとしての知見も広げることが可能です。
また、クリエイティブ作成やLP作成・修正、さらには商品のオファー提案等、運用面だけでなく、もっと根本的なマーケティング施策から直接提案できる機会があることは、大きなやりがいに繋がります。
KPIは運用商材の「目標CPA・CPO金額の達成」「運用額(予算消化額)」のみという非常にシンプルな指標となっており、自身がPDCAを素早く回せば回すほど、達成率を高めることが可能です。
新設されたばかりの部署であり、部内の全員が日々各人で運用手法を磨くだけでなく、意見交換・ディスカッションを行いながら、自身の知見をブラッシュアップしています。そういった意味で、活発なコミュニケーションが行われているチームとなります。
