仕事内容:

愛知県名古屋市南区にある住宅型有料老人ホーム「ひだまりの家 大江」は、入居者様18室の施設です。

あなたにお任せするのは、毎日のケアを通じて入居者様の生活を支える介護職。

食事介助、排泄介助、入浴介助など、暮らしの中心となる業務を担当いただきます。

調理業務はなく、盛り付けや温めが中心なので、未経験からでも無理なく始められます。

入社後1ヶ月間は先輩スタッフがマンツーマンで丁寧に指導するため、分からないことがあってもしっかりサポート。

朝の起床介助から、日中のレクリエーション対応、夜間の巡視まで、入居者様のリズムに寄り添った仕事が実感できます。

資格がなくても大丈夫。研修費用を全額補助する資格取得支援制度で、初任者研修から実務者研修、介護福祉士資格まで、あなたのキャリアアップを全力で応援します。

【1日の流れ(例)】

・07:00~ 起床、朝食、入浴介助、水分補給、排泄介助

・12:00 昼食

・13:00 排泄介助

・14:00~ おやつ、レクリエーション(折り紙、塗り絵など)

・17:00 夕食

・19:00 就寝

・21:00 巡視

・01:00 巡視

・05:00 巡視

働き方は、あなたのライフスタイルに合わせて選べます。

早番(07:00~16:00)、日勤(09:00~18:00)、遅番(10:00~19:00)、夜勤(16:00~翌9:00)から、得意な時間帯で活躍できます。

休憩もしっかり確保でき、夜勤時は120分の休憩時間を設けるなど、無理のない勤務環境を整えています。

初任者研修、実務者研修、喀痰吸引研修、介護福祉士資格まで、全ての研修費用を会社が負担。資格取得後にはしっかりとした手当も支給されるため、あなたの成長が直接給与に反映されます。

あなたの頑張りを積極的に評価する給与体系

月給229,000円~284,000円の基本給に加え、夜勤手当、資格手当、住宅手当など充実した手当制度。昇給も年最大10,000円で、前年度の評価がしっかり反映される環境です。

マイカー通勤OK、生活をサポートする待遇

駐車場完備でマイカー通勤が叶い、通勤手当は上限20,000円。さらに賃貸5,000円、持ち家10,000円の住宅手当で、生活費の心配を軽減できます。

年間109日休みで、プライベートも大切に

週休2日制に加え、希望休は月2日取得可能。夏季休暇3日、冬季休暇4日、その他6日の休暇、育休・産休制度も充実。男性職員の育休実績も多く、仕事も人生も充実させられます。

【給与について】

基本給175,000円に加え、処遇改善手当25,000円、夜勤手当(月4回程度で6,000円/回)を基本として、月給229,000円~284,000円をご用意。

資格取得によって初任者研修5,000円、実務者研修・喀痰吸引1号研修10,000円、介護福祉士資格30,000円の手当が支給されます。

【昇給・賞与】

年1回の昇給チャンスがあり、前年度の評価によって最大10,000円のアップが見込めます。

賞与は年4回で計4.5ヶ月分の支給予定。頑張りと成長がしっかり給与に反映される環境を整えています。
