【業務内容】

図面を見ながら「どんな手順で加工しようかな?」と計画を立てる、オーダーメイドの研削加工です。

NCプログラムを使って砥石を成形したり、仕上げの研磨を行ったりと、一つの製品を最初から最後まで自分の手で丁寧に仕上げていく、やりがい抜群のお仕事です

具体的なお仕事

・図面を見て、サイズや汚れのチェックからスタート

・加工機に載せるための「治具(じぐ)」を選んでセッティング

・NCプログラムを使って、削るための「砥石」を形作ります

・荒削りから、ミリ単位以下の精密な仕上げ加工まで担当

・最後は「バッチリ」と納得できるまで寸法を確認

経験ゼロでもこれで安心

1.最初はマンツーマンで、図面の見方から丁寧にお教えします

2.「NCプログラムって何?」という方も、基本操作から一つずつマスターできます。

3.まずは簡単な汚れ落としや採寸からスタート。徐々にステップアップしていきましょう

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 40万円
