You will be responsible for various marketing measures for new and existing Rakuten Pay merchants. You will be responsible for marketing Rakuten Pay to new and existing merchants. Your main responsibilities will be to promote the use of Rakuten Pay to merchants through your company's website and various web media, and to provide consulting services to help merchants solve their problems. In the company, you will be working with development producers, engineers, service planning, legal, marketing, sales, and other business departments, and outside the company, you will be working with business partners, agencies, outsourcing companies, and many other related parties.
- Planning, proposing, and implementing various promotional measures for merchants.
- Developing a long-term profit structure through sales data analysis and campaign proposals.
- Developing new services for Rakuten Pay, which will be released in the future.
Web marketing operations, mainly in the BtoB domain
-Strategic planning for web advertising placement
- KPI setting and management
-Direction of UI and UX based on web traffic/CVR

Essential Requirements
- Experience in web marketing mainly in the BtoB domain
-Strategic planning for web advertising placement
- Experience in KPI setting and management
- Experience in UI/UX direction based on web traffic/CVR
- Experience in planning and promoting campaigns for merchants

Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or the motivation to obtain an equivalent score within 2 years

Welcomed Requirements
- Management experience or equivalent experience
- Background in credit card/financial services/advertising/system solutions/IT industry
- Background in a telecommunications company
- Intermediate level of Power Point and Excel (Pivot, Macro, etc.)
