仕事内容


ドラッグストアなどで使用されているPOSレジ関連機器のトラブルに関するお問い合わせ対応(受電)のお仕事です。

  • 主な対応内容

・エラー表示が出ている

・レジ画面が正しく表示されない

・バーコードが読み取れない

・開閉店処理ができない など

内容を確認し、マニュアルに沿って一次対応を行います。

難しい対応は担当部署へ引き継ぐので安心。

未経験の方も、研修とサポート体制が整っています。

月収 約218,000円

(時給1300円×8時間×21日)

【遅番のみ】

月収 約114,000円

(時給1300円×5.5時間×16日)
