■生成AI活用PJTについて

生成AIの活用を通じて、KINTO及びKINTOテクノロジーズへ事業貢献することをミッションに

2024年1月に新設されたプロジェクトチームです。

生成AI技術は生まれて日が浅く、その技術を業務活用する仕事には定説がありません。常にあるべき姿を模索して、我々にとってのベストを見つけ出す、その過程を楽しめるメンバーが揃っています。

■業務内容

生成AI活用の推進担当者として、全社を横断して業務に取り組んでいただきます。大切にしたいのは、技術を通じて「会社の事業活動に貢献すること」です。目指すのは、「課題解決型の組織」として社内の課題を圧倒的な「スピード、質、量」で解決していくこと。試して終わりの評論家となるのではなく、あくまでも価値にこだわって活動できる方を求めています。

・業務改善

  • 生成AIによる業務改善アイデアの相談・実現サポート

・システム開発

  • 生成AIを含むシステム開発の相談・PoCサポート
  • 生成AIを含むシステム開発の設計・機能実装

・教育

  • 全社員向け生成AI研修

・ツール

  • 生成AIを含むSaaSの選定・導入

・ガバナンス

  • 生成AI利用の社内ガイドライン策定

・情報発信

  • 社外イベント・カンファレンスへの登壇
  • 社外セミナー講師
  • 自社テックブログの執筆

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・生成AI全般における基礎的な知識と理解

・プロンプトエンジニアリングを通じて、自他の業務を効率化した経験

・LangChainやLlamaIndexなど、生成AIに関連するOSSを用いたコーディングの経験

・Pythonを用いたプログラミング経験(3年以上)

・業務改善やシステム実装の経験(小~中規模程度)
