【仕事内容】
・プラスチック材料の安全認証は、認証制度や適用規格の変化に事業が追従できるよう、製品性能や認証されている製造工場のアセスメントの強化を必要としている。
・製造拠点はグループ工場、委託加工先合わせ非常に多くあり、その製造計画や製造実績に合わせた認証の新規取得や維持計画を立て認証機関との業務窓口となる。
・全社的には、設計開発や工程変更などのプロセスマネジメントの一環として認証管理を位置づけており、品質保証組織での業務となる。
・認証値は、顧客の品質要求の1つであるため、顧客との納入仕様にも一部関わることがある。
<具体的には…>
・プラスチックの電気絶縁性と難燃性に関する米国UL、中国CQC、独VDE、日本CMJなどの認証の管理業務
・水道、食品に接触するプラスチックの安全適合性評価の選定と試験機関等との試験結果のアセスメント業務
・上記関連する規格・認証ルールの改訂に伴う、社内業務プロセスや規定の改訂に関する管理業務
2026年3月末までは弊社グループ企業のポリプラスチックスへの出向扱いとなります。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)
【求める人材】
【必須】
・大学卒以上(技術系(化学系他))
・化学的学問知識(高分子・プラスチック知識あれば尚可)
・以前に各種認証機関や各国の製品安全規格等の業務に携わった経験のある方(目安5年以上)
・転勤可能な方
・英語スキル(ビジネス文書のReading, Writingができる、ミーティングでの英会話対応ができる)
【歓迎】
・TOEIC 800点以上(ビジネス上級 Writing,Speaking)
・電気電子部品・製品または食品接触製品もしくは医療用製品へのプラスチックの材料選定に携わった経験を持つ素材メーカー、部品の最終製品メーカー、または試験・認証機関で勤務経験のある方
