当部門は、フィルター製品の国内製造、輸入品検査を行う製造事業所です。国内製造開始は1991年から開始し、最近ではオートメーション、DXに力を入れています。海外にも製造拠点が複数存在し、海外との情報交換、技術交換も盛んにおこなわれております。

今回、オートメーション、DXを含め、製造プロセスの最適化を行うプロセスエンジニアを募集します。プロセス改善に情熱を持っている方、データ分析に強い方は大歓迎です。海外との会議もあり、Globalで活躍できる明るい人材を募集します。

・ポジション名:Process Engineer /正社員

・契約期間:なし

・試用期間:3ヶ月

・勤務地:茨城(北茨城市)

・勤務時間: 9:00~17:30

・休日: (1) 日曜日および土曜日

(2) 法律の定める国民の祝日および休日

(3) 年末年始特別休日(12 月 30 日~翌年 1 月 3 日)

(4) 夏季休暇(原則として 7~9 月の 3 ヶ月間の月曜日から金曜日までの 5 日間)

• 新製品及び改良製品の製造試作及び量産移行
• 製品品質の維持・管理・改善のための工程改善

• 安全,品質,原価,納期等の改善のために新規設備の導入 立上げ
• 国内・海外業者との業務改善活動
• グループマネジメントリード

求めるスキル/ご経験

<必須要件>

• 日常英会話(TOEIC600点以上)
• 理系大学卒
• Microsoft Word_Excel_PowerPointの操作ができる事
• リーダー経験あり
• オンサイト勤務
• 運転免許(車での通勤)
• 語学:日本語でのコミュニケーション

<歓迎要件>

• SAPなどのERPを使って業務経験あり
• IT、設備関連業務、製造業経験あり
• パワークエリーなど集計業務スキル(エクセル)
• 管理職経験あり
