び医療機器の臨床使用に精通し、お客様が当社製品を最大限にご活用いただくためのデモ
ンストレーションやトレーニングの実施、学会でのプレゼンテーション、トレーニングなどの資料作
成、製品フィードバック、フルラインセールス(営業)と連携したプリセールスなどの活動をしてい

- 超音波セールスサポート:販売前に営業と連携し専門的スキルを活用した、セールスのサポート業務

- デモサポート:医療機関に超音波装置を持ち込んだデモンストレーションの実施またはサポート業務

- デモ機のプリセットや画像調整:お客様の使用状況に合わせた超音波装置をカスタマイズの実施

- 納品後のお客様サポート:製品を購入いただいて後の、使用方法やカスタマイズについてのアフターフォローの実施

- お客様向けトレーニング:お客様に対する、臨床的・工学的・トレンドからの情報等の勉強会の開催

- 製品フィードバック:より良い製品開発につなげるために、開発部門へ、お客様の声をフィードバック情報として提供

- カスタマーコールセンターのサポート:電話などのリモート環境からの、お客様からの問い合わせ対応

- 学会での展示説明員、講習会でのデモ機操作サポート

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 臨床検査技師または診療放射線技師の資格を持つこと
- 高いモチベーションがあり、社内外の関係者と一緒に協働できるチームプレーヤーであること
- 要普通自動車免許
