業務内容/Job Description

外資系大手IT企業のデータセンターにて受付・セキュリティ保全業務をお任せします。

・施設への入退館管理
来訪客の身分証と事前予約リストの確認をし、間違いがなかったら入館証を発行します。

・施設内の巡回
施設周辺や内部に不審や不審人物がいないかパトロールして確認します。

・お客様のエスコート
来訪客を決められたお部屋までお通しし、必要に応じてお部屋から出るまでの監視を行います。

・海外チームからの電話対応

・Facility Entry and Exit Management:
Verify the visitor's ID and the pre-registered visitor list, and issue an entry pass if there are no discrepancies.

・Facility Patrol:
Conduct patrols around and inside the facilityr to check for suspicious objects or individuals.

・Escorting Visitors:
Escort visitors to the designated room, and monitor them untill they leave the room as neccesary.

・Answering phone calls from overseas teams
