Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher based in the Greater Jakarta area.

The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans, fostering a positive and stimulating classroom environment, guiding children according to the Montessori philosophy, managing daily activities, and collaborating with parents and team members to support children's growth and development.

The role emphasizes hands-on learning, individualized attention, and nurturing a love of learning in young children.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
Experience and knowledge in Early Childhood Education and working with Kindergarten-aged children
Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members
Understanding and practical application of Montessori teaching methods is a plus
Ability to foster a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
Passion for teaching and developing children's potential
able to work on SATURDAY and SUNDAY
