Job Information

Roles:

• Guiding and explaining facilities to customers.
• Listening to the image of the bride and groom's wedding.
• Proposing plans according to the customer's image.
• Handling applications for weddings at the facility.

After joining, you will accompany senior staff to learn about bridal knowledge and proposal skills.
Don't worry if you are inexperienced, as there is a manual to guide you. The goal is for you to eventually be able to assist customers in your own words. Professional staff will handle post-application meetings, allowing you to focus on your work effectively.

Salary:

• Monthly salary starting from 233,300 yen.
• Salary increase available.
• Payment method: Monthly.
• Transportation expenses partially reimbursed (up to 20,000 yen per month).

Location: Located at SYOKUSAN 3.5 Building, 1-2 Minami 3-jo Nishi 5-chome, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido.

Shifts and Working Hours:

• Working at least 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
• Morning to afternoon, afternoon to evening, evening to night.
• Basic shift from 9:30 to 18:30 with 1-hour break.
• Early and late shifts may be required based on wedding reservations.
• 8-10 days off per month (may vary during busy periods).
• 106 annual holidays, facility closed on Wednesdays.

Eligible Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Clean driving license preferred (AT limited OK).
• No industry experience required, newcomers welcome.
