今回は「家庭の常備薬として広く浸透している製品を手掛ける大手製薬会社」での

施設警備の新たな仲間を募集します

・施設のモニター監視

・立哨業務

・定期的な館内巡回

・道案内の対応

その他にも、普段は入ることのない施設の裏側に入って、

設備の中での業務なども行います。

オフィスビル内の勤務なので、同じ利用者の方と顔を合わせる機会が多く、

挨拶を交わしたり、「暑い中いつもありがとう」といった温かい言葉をもらえることもあります。

自然と顔なじみになって、ちょっとした雑談が生まれることも。

お客様の"いつもの日常"を守る。

配属後の流れ

▼先輩との同行スタート

まずは1~2週間、先輩と一緒に巡回や立哨へ。

巡回ルートや立哨場所など、基本の動きを覚えるところからスタートします。

少しずつ見るべきポイントを覚え、

日常と違う"異変"に気づける力を身につけていきます。

▼できる業務を徐々に拡大

受付対応やモニター監視など、

できることを段階的に増やしながら半年ほどで簡単な業務の独り立ちへ。

▼2年かけてプロへ

その後は約2年をかけ、

多彩な業務をマスターして一人前の警備スタッフを目指しましょう。

入社後の流れ

■入社後、2泊3日の集合研修を実施(法定教育・指定教育)

・警備業法や礼式・基本動作

・護身術

・救命技能などを学んでいただきます。

■実務研修(OJT)

個人の習熟度に応じて丁寧に対応。

無理なく安心して実地研修を受けていただけます。

マニュアルを作成し、訓練は日々を行っているので、

少しずつできることを増やしてもらえればOKです◎

警備員、施設警備員、常駐警備、大学警備、守衛、貴重品運搬警備、

夜間施設警備員、夜間警備や夜勤警備、パトロールなどの経験者歓迎

勤務時間・曜日:

1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(週平均40時間以内/月平均172時間)

※交代制の24H昼夜勤務

【勤務時間】

例)9:00~翌9:00(休憩4時間+連続休憩4時間)

昼夜勤務⇒非番(明け休み)⇒公休のサイクルを

繰り返すため、月22日程度の勤務ですが

出勤回数は実質月11回程度となります。

※勤務地により始業・終業時間が異なります。

(実働時間は変わりません)

■シフト制(月9回、2月は8回)

■年間休日107日(3日に1回の出勤なので実質214日)

月給22万8000円~

※経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します
