About the Role

As the MICE Operations Manager, you will oversee the seamless execution of Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) across Japan.

You will lead a dedicated team, manage client relationships, and ensure operational excellence from project initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of MICE events, ensuring exceptional service quality.
Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Develop detailed itineraries, budgets, and event plans tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
Ensure adherence to company policies, budgets, and timelines.
Promote innovative solutions to elevate client experiences and drive business success.

What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Event Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing large-scale MICE operations, preferably in Japan.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken).
Expertise in supplier negotiations and budget management.
A passion for creating outstanding experiences and a keen eye for detail.
