・解析や試験での設計結果の評価

・開発におけるスケジュール管理や社内外での調整業務

■構造グループのミッション

構造グループでは、ロケットの機体構造の開発を担当しています。

「衛星搭載部・推進剤タンク・胴体構造・エンジン支持構造」といったコンポーネントに対し、開発計画の立案から設計・解析・試験まで、一気通貫で開発を進めています。

※変更の範囲:会社の定める業務

【求める人材】

必須スキル

・輸送機器や産業機械等における構造設計の実務経験

・3D CADによる機械設計の実務経験

※経験は航空宇宙分野に限定せず

・日本語での円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方(目安:ビジネスレベル以上)

【給与】

<予定年収>

704万円~1,003万円

<月給>

587,000円~836,000円

<月給の内訳>

・基本給:433,000円~619,000円

・固定残業代:154,000円~217,000円

<補足>

・給与には45時間分の固定残業代を含む/超過分は全額支給

・経験・能力等を考慮の上、決定します。

・昇給:年2回(3月・9月)
