12階建44戸のマンションでの日常清掃、管理人業務のお仕事です。
【主な仕事内容】
マンションの廊下、階段、エントランスなどの清掃業務
簡単な清掃業務がメインで、雑巾やモップ、ほうき等を使用して各所をキレイにして頂きます。未経験でもシッカリと分かりやすく研修しますので、安心してスタートできますよ。

【よくある質問】
Q.階段の昇り降りは?
A.エレベーターが備えつけてあるので、住人さんの邪魔にならないように気をつけて貰えば、作業中に利用してもらって結構です。
Q.重い物を持ったりする?
A.作業中で重い物ですと、水を入れたバケツを運ぶのも台車を使って運ぶので重いものを運ぶ事はありません

12階建44戸のマンションですが、清掃箇所は共用部のみで作業範囲はそこまで広くないので勤務時間内に余裕をもって終われます。
しっかりとした研修があるので、未経験の方も安心です
