Department Overview
The Group Compliance Supervisory Department is responsible for enforcing internal controls to ensure the ongoing success of Rakuten Group. The company is rapidly growing into a global entity where everyone can make contributions and fulfill their potential. In this dynamic and fulfilling role, you will play a key part in establishing a framework that will impact the entire Rakuten Group.

Position Details
- Plan and oversee a compliance committee
- Design and execute compliance initiatives
- Create a legal compliance structure
- Establish a permission management system
- Organize and implement anti-bribery and corruption initiatives
- Coordinate and implement AML/CFT Programs
- Design and deliver compliance training
- Enforce Corporate Ethics Charter
- Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing compliance systems, among other tasks (Assignments will be based on the applicant's experience and skills)
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Problem-solving abilities; Ability to research, analyze, plan, and deliver presentations
- Strong communication skills; Ability to propose and negotiate with the Board of Directors and other stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in project management (ability to lead projects while collaborating with various stakeholders)
- Preferred experience in developing a compliance framework within a global corporation
Languages:
