独立系ホテルのため、現場の裁量権が高いことが特徴です。

・当ホテルでは季節の、旬の食材を使用したお料理を、館内レストランや大小9の宴会場にてご提供する「食」が中心のホテルです。

・毎週木曜限定開催の、地元主婦から愛される名物50種の激安「ランチビュッフェ」や、一泊二食付き豪華宿泊プランなど、県内外からお客さまは当ホテルの「食」を楽しみにご来館されます。

勤務時間・曜日:

基本の勤務時間

・9:00~22:00(実働8時間)

※36協定(40時間)の特別条項により、固定残業代を含む賃金設定となり、30日/月(172時間以内)、31日/(178時間以内)を目標としており、残業があったとしても222時間以内とする。36協定の残業時間を超過分は別途支給となります。

※弊社は特例措置対象事業です

休暇・休日:

週休2日制

※予約状況により、勤務調整が入る場合も最低月/7回、月/8回、法令順守します。しかし、繁忙期による休日減した場合、その出勤調整は手当がつきます

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥51,300(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
