特別養護老人ホームでの看護業務

✼┈┈┈┈┈┈✼

社会福祉法人 風薫会が運営する「特別養護老人ホーム 風の路」にて、看護スタッフとしてご活躍いただきます。准看護師・正看護師いずれかの資格をお持ちで、看護師経験3年以上の方が対象です。

<具体的な業務>

・入居者の健康管理

・脈拍、血圧等の測定

・投薬の管理

・通院対応

安心ポイント

夜勤・宿直勤務はありません。シフト制で自身の都合に合わせやすく、週2日~・1日5時間~から勤務可能です。可能な方には夜間オンコール対応をお願いする場合もありますが、強制ではありません。

【成長面】看護師経験3年以上の方が対象で、これまでの経験を活かして活躍できる職場です。特別養護老人ホーム48部屋(5ユニット)とショートステイ10部屋(1ユニット)を運営する施設で、幅広い看護業務に携わることができます。

【安定面】准看護師は時給1,320円、正看護師は時給1,400円~経験により優遇されます。社会保険完備(雇用・労災・健康・厚生年金に加入、就業条件により法定通り)で、通勤手当も実費支給(月額上限35,000円)されます。有給休暇は法定通り付与され、育児・介護・看護休業はすべて取得実績があります。

【環境面】厚生労働大臣から「くるみん認定」を2回取得した子育てサポート企業で、「みえ働きやすい介護職場取組宣言」にも参加しています。職員数48名のうちパート12名が在籍しており、女性スタッフが多数活躍中です。60代以上の方やブランクのある方も大歓迎で、幅広い世代・キャリアのスタッフが活躍しています。

【立地面】近鉄塩浜駅から徒歩15分の立地で、マイカー・バイク通勤も可能です。無料駐車場を完備しているため、お子さんの送り迎えや帰りの買い物にも便利な環境です。

週2日~・1日5時間~から勤務できるシフト制で、ライフスタイルに合わせた働き方が実現できます
