<仕事内容>
投資用不動産の企画~設計・施工・管理まで
トータルに手掛ける総合デベロッパーでの勤務です。
木造アパートや戸建住宅の設計業務を中心に、
現場の監理業務まで一貫して担当していただきます。
設計段階から完成まで携われるので、
ものづくりの達成感を存分に味わえます。
<具体的なお仕事>
◎協力会社の工事をチェックし、
工程・コスト・品質をしっかり監理。
◎自社施工案件では、見積や発注から
工程・安全・品質・コスト管理まで担当。
◎竣工までの流れをトータルに管理し、
完成した建物をお客様にお引渡しします。

・二級建築士または二級建築施工管理技士以上の資格
・建築施工管理の実務経験(3年以上)

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

■完全週休2日制(土曜・日曜休み)

■有給休暇(入社半年後10日付与)

給与:
固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥3,500,000 〜 ¥5,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥92,000〜¥141,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
年俸制となります。
ご経験・資格・前職給与を最大限考慮の上、年俸350万円~500万円の範囲で決定します。
■年俸には月40時間分の固定残業代が含まれます(超過分は別途支給)。
※平均残業時間は月21時間程度です。
■年俸を12分割した額を月々支給します。(月額 約29.1万円~41.6万円)
■給与改定:年1回
■決算賞与:あり
■手当:通勤手当(上限3万円/月)
