介護老人保健施設「あんず」でのご利用者様の日常生活サポートを担当していただきます。食事・入浴・排泄などの介助、レクリエーション、通所リハビリテーションでのリハビリ補助など、多面的な支援を通じてご利用者様の機能回復と在宅復帰を目指します。

【ポジション】

介護老人保健施設での介護職として、ご利用者様の生活全般をサポートするお仕事です。

【主なお仕事について】

・日常生活介助:食事、入浴、排泄などの介助を通じた生活サポート

・機能維持支援:レクリエーションやラジオ体操などの活動を企画・実施

・リハビリ補助:マシントレーニングなど、通所リハビリの現場でのサポート業務

・記録・管理:ご利用者様の状態変化を記録し、チーム内での情報共有を実現

【研修・サポート体制】

未経験者に対しては、先輩スタッフによる丁寧な実務指導と計画的な研修プログラムが用意されています。基本動作から実応用まで、段階的に習得していただきます。また、老健大会などの研修機会も提供し、専門知識の習得をサポートします。

変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)で、下記のいずれかのシフトで勤務していただきます。

【特別な事情等】

最初の6ヶ月を限定期間とし、月60時間、年630時間の範囲で調整可能です。
