【JOB SUMMARY】

As a User Acceptance Testing Lead, the primary function of this role will be to facilitate User Acceptance testing for all the functional releases, which involves organizing and leading stakeholders through the process as well as communicating the progress and status of testing (including blocking issues).

The UAT Lead will be responsible for managing User Acceptance Testing for releases within the organization, as well as developing test scenarios with business stakeholders and product owners.

The role will require a detailed understanding of the enterprise and the ability to write detailed test scenarios.
【ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES】
Test Scenario Creation
・Work with Product Owners to understand the scope and business requirements of upcoming releases
・Develop detailed test scenarios based off of acceptance criteria and business requirements
・Gather testing data and testing materials for upcoming releases if applicable
UAT Facilitation
・Run in person and virtual UAT sessions with various different stakeholder groups
・Ensure environmental readiness for sessions
・Instruct stakeholders through different testing scenarios and be knowledgeable enough to answer questions
Cross Team Collaboration
・Work with Product teams to understand the business requirements and new functionality
・Work with Release Train Engineers to coordinate upcoming releases
・Work with Quality Engineers to coordinate testing efforts
・Work with Finance Partners to coordinate testing efforts work with various different business stakeholder groups to facilitate testing and obtain acceptance where applicable

・品質エンジニアと協力してテスト作業を調整します
・財務パートナーと協力してテストの取り組みを調整する さまざまなビジネス関係者グループと協力してテストを促進し、必要に応じて承認を得る

【REQUIREMENTS】


LANGUAGE:
Ability to use both Japanese and English in business is desirable

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required - Business, Technology
2+ years in Testing Role in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Experience Design, Industrial Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
・Experience writing test scenarios
・Experience with large scale transformation initiatives
・Working in an agile technology delivery program
・Stakeholder engagement and relationship
