製造業の現場で、電子機器の組み立てや検査を行います。主に以下の作業を担当していただきます:
資材課: 電話応対、荷受け、受発注業務、梱包、デスクワーク(入力作業)など。
製造課: 電子機器の組み立て、配線、基板のチェック、検査作業、素材や部品の選定・納品・入荷検査など。
細かい作業: 一部業務では、ピンセットを使って部品の取り付けや仕分けなどの手先を使った作業が含まれることもあります(もちろん使わないこともあります)。
適材適所: 各作業は、あなたの適性を見て決定しますので、自分に合った業務を安心して担当できます
職場環境
勤務時間:9:00~17:15(実質休憩70分)
休憩時間:12:00~13:00の昼休憩を含め、実質45分の休憩時間となります。残りの25分は有給休憩としてカウントされ、昼食時の席についてから食事をするまでの時間も有給となります。
15:00の休憩:午後の作業前に10分間の有給休憩を取っていただきます。この休憩は、終業までの残り時間を精度高く作業していただくための重要な時間で、リラックスして仕事に集中できるよう配慮しています。
残業:月平均5~20時間
休日:土日祝(祝日がある週は土曜出勤あり)
年休:114日
