《営業事務》です。

【くわしいお仕事内容】

(1)商品の受注や発注

…企業様からのご注文を承り、商品の手配をおこないます。

(2)見積書や納品書の作成

…専用ソフトを使用し、見積書や納品書を作成します。

(3)電話・来客対応

…お客様からの電話応対や、来客時のご案内を笑顔で行います。

(4)荷物の受け入れ・仕分け

…届けられた荷物を受け取り、営業担当者ごとに仕分けます。

(5)書類整理

…紙の書類や伝票を整理し、管理します。
