  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior leadership across SCM, AMZL, and other Mile streams to drive organizational alignment and successful execution of transformation initiatives. Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies across multiple organizations.
  • Work closely with business intelligence, tech teams, and operations to develop data-driven insights and metrics that guide strategic decision-making. Establish and maintain robust program management frameworks that ensure timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining visibility on key performance indicators.

A day in the life

As a key transformation driver in Japan's last-mile delivery industry, you will face new challenges every day. Through strategic dialogue with ACES teams worldwide, data-driven decision making, and innovation implementation, you will be at the forefront of our constantly evolving delivery network.
