◆石山産商株式会社の営業職◆

Q. どんな会社ですか?

A. 水処理機器・生産設備機器を扱う商社で、「販売と修理」を並行で行える強みを持っています。商品の提案から販売、設置、修理までワンストップで対応できる体制が整っています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. 既存のお客様(食品・化学・製紙・自動車等の工場)への訪問営業が中心です。省エネ化や生産効率化につながる機器をご提案し、見積・商談・納品業務を担当します。1人30~50社を担当し、1日10~15件訪問します。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. 前職が自動車教習所の先生、スーパーでお肉の加工、製造工場、整備士など様々な方が現在も活躍中です本社または他営業所での数か月間の研修もあり、安心してスタートできます。

Q. どんな商品を扱うの?

A. ポンプ、コンプレッサー、コンベア、ロボット、配管材料など、製造工場の環境改善や省エネ化、生産効率化につながる機器を販売します。

Q. 営業スタイルは?

A. 既存9割/新規開拓1割で、テレアポ専門部隊もサポートします。慣れてきたらご自身でも新規開拓をお願いします。

1.収入面の魅力

基本給13万6千円~14万2千円+各種手当で月給23万円~27万円スタート。子供手当は1人目2万円支給、昇給年1回で着実にステップアップ。

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥230,000 〜 ¥270,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥54,500〜¥64,000(40時間相当分)を含む。40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
