仕事内容


空調小物家電の機構・筐体設計(成型部品、板金部品、モータ等電装部品との組み合わせ機構等)

・3Dモデリング、2D図面の作成などの機構・筐体設計業務

・商品の仕様検討、目標原価、開発期間等の設計プランの作成

・原理試作、金型発注、試作機の評価検証、海外生産工場での量産立ち上げ業務

・部品メーカー等との折衝(納期、コスト、スケジュール管理)

・商品不具合の課題特定と解決

※対象製品:加湿器、電気暖房機、扇風機、サーキュレーター等の季節商品 及び プラズマクラスターイオン発生機、脱臭機等

シャープのブランドの一端を担っている当社独自の空気浄化技術プラズマクラスターを搭載した数多くの空調小物家電の開発に携わることができます。

製品の仕様検討や原理試作にはじまり、試作機の評価検証、量産立ち上げまで新製品開発プロセスの一連の流れを経験できる業務です。

また、生産工場は海外にあり、現地出張による海外経験を積むことができます。

モノづくりに対するモチベーションが高いエンジニアにとっては非常に魅力的な業務です。

必須要件


・機構/構造設計経験

・3DCADオペレーション、製図経験

歓迎する要件


・商品仕様を理解し、機構・筐体設計、試作、評価、量産立ち上げまで一連の工程を一度でも経験したことがある方

・英語:ビジネスでの使用経験

若手の方も歓迎します。
