Summary
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.To assist the Duty Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Office Desk at the hotel, specially Japanese guests and foreign national guests.

企業戦略およびブランド基準に沿った部門の効率的な運営を支援するとともに、従業員、ゲスト、オーナーの期待に応える責任を負います。ホテルフロントデスクの日常業務管理において、特に日本人ゲストおよび外国人ゲスト対応において、当直マネージャーを補佐します。

Qualifications
Qualifications

Minimum 1 years work experience as Assistant Manager - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel or 2 year work experience as Team Leader.Well developed communication and customer relations skills.Proficiency in Japanese and English is a must.

ホテルにおけるフロントオフィス/ゲストリレーションズのアシスタントマネージャーとして最低1年の実務経験、またはチームリーダーとして2年の実務経験を有すること。優れたコミュニケーション能力と顧客対応スキルを有すること。日本語と英語の堪能さは必須条件です。
