お仕事内容

JR東海グループの清掃スタッフ募集
==================
JR在来線車両の清掃をお願いします。
お客様のいない車両基地内での作業だから、
接客はなく、落ち着いて作業に集中できます。
作業はチームで進めるので、未経験の方も
安心してスタートできます。
広い車両基地内を歩いて移動するため、
体を動かしながら健康的に働ける環境です。
【例えば・・・】
・JR在来線の座席、床面、窓、つり革
などを、ホウキ、クロス、モップを
使って清掃します。
4~5人のチームで分担しながら、
声を掛け合って作業を進めます。
・車内清掃に慣れてきたら、トイレや
デッキ、外回りなど、徐々に
ステップアップした作業もお任せします。
・車両の前面をブラシで磨き上げる作業
を担当することもあります。

<入社後は日勤からスタート>
まずは日勤で基本作業を習得します。
日勤で慣れてきたら、夜勤や外回りの
作業もお任せします。
夜勤帯は日勤より大掛かりな作業もあり
ますが、慣れてくるとコツをつかんで、
スムーズに進められるようになり、
スキルアップを実感できます。

給与
日給9,070円 ※月給200,000円可能(9,070円×21日+深夜手当)
- 勤続半年、1年、3年、6年、10年で
日給を各100円UP
- 賞与年2回
- 夜勤手当3割増(22時~翌5時)
- 夜間加算手当支給(20時~翌7時)
(1時間につき100円)
- 他各種手当あり
- 15時間の勤務の場合は、
1勤務17,580円(日給8790円×2日)
- 支払い方法: 月1回
