仕事内容


業務概要

知的障がいのあるスタッフを支援する「サポートスタッフ」として、活躍いただきます。

私たちの職場は定常的な業務だけでなく多様な業務依頼にも対応しているため、サポートスタッフは日々話し合い、協力しながら職場を運営しています。他部門と折衝しつつ、正確・安定的に業務が実施できるように業務を切り出し、組み立ててスタッフに指導しています。

主な仕事内容は以下のとおりです。

・スタッフへの業務指導や日々のサポート

・心身のケアや職場環境の整備

・スタッフの労務管理

・社内業務開拓、切り出しとスタッフへの業務指示、進捗管理

・地域の特別支援学校や支援機関との関係構築、連携

・採用活動の一環となる実習などの施策

・職場拡大に向けた企画立案、資料作成や経営への報告、社内広報活動

ご入社後は担当業務にスムーズに慣れていただけるよう、経験豊富な先輩社員が丁寧に指導・フォローを行います。業務の流れを一つずつ確認しながら進めていけるため、これまでのご経験を活かしつつステップアップできる環境です。

教育体制

・ビジネススキル、マネジメントからITまで、社内に豊富な研修プログラムがありますので、職場のニーズやご本人の意欲に応じて受講することができます。

・障害者職業生活相談員、企業在籍型ジョブコーチなど外部研修を通じて資格取得ができます。

契約期間

雇用期間は原則1年ごとの更新となり、雇用期間満了時における業務量、ご本人の健康状態や勤務態度、成績等に基づき、更新の有無を決定いたします。
ご本人の意欲があれば社員登用への可能性もあります。

給与

年収

600万円 〜 700万円

入社時の処遇(基本給・賞与)はみなさまの経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規程により決定します。
具体的な金額は、採用選考合格後に採用内定通知書にてお伝えします。
退職金はございません。

残業について
当社では、「生産性向上」と「ワーク・ライフ・バランス」の双方を推進し、時間外労働の削減や有給休暇の取得を促進しています。
