スタートまでは本社での研修あり。

業務の流れ・書類作成・利用者対応まで、

イチから丁寧にフォローするので、

「ケアマネ初挑戦」の方でも安心してスタートできます。

【仕事内容】


利用者様・事業所のケアプラン作成をお任せします。

実績入力等は事務員からフォローを受けられるので、作業量的に無理なく働けます。

大阪市内、門真市、吹田市、奈良県五條市、他

※直行直帰も相談可

【担当件数】

経験やスキルに応じて件数考慮します

担当件数により手当を別途支給します。

仕事量に見合った給与を得ることができ、やりがいたっぷりです*

【仕事の特徴】


今年7月1日に新規事業所オープン

オープンまでは同ビル内の本社での研修をして頂きます。

研修中も週休3日制・同条件で勤務頂きます。

研修場所/本社(大阪市淀川区西中島4-5-1 NL新大阪パワービル4-F号室)

<働く環境について>

当社は社員やパートなどを含めて24名のケアマネと3名の事務員がいます。

20、30、40、50、60代のスタッフがいます。

9:00~18:00(休憩1時間あり)

※試用期間6ヶ月有(同条件)

30~34件/+20,000円

35~39件/+40,000円

40~44件/+60,000円

45~49件/+80,000円

  • 30件から手当支給

【想定年収】

1年目 3,040,000円~3,640,000円

2年目 3,280,000円~4,240,000円
