Backend Engineer (Mid ~ Senior)

Salary Range

¥6,000,000 - ¥12,000,000 annually

Responsibilities

Lead server-side development for energy management systems, including Virtual Power Plant (VPP) and electricity market solutions.
Develop APIs using Python, covering the full lifecycle: requirements definition, design, development, testing, release, and operations.
Build and maintain scalable, reliable infrastructure on AWS (e.g., Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch).
Handle large-scale data processing and real-time system requirements.
Collaborate with frontend engineers, infrastructure engineers, and data scientists to ensure high-quality and performant services.
Introduce new technologies and architectures to improve efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills

Experience developing cloud services using Python
Must have Biz level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)

Preferred Skills

Experience with IoT, AI, or Blockchain technologies
English proficiency
