<担当業務>
ØTSMCまたは中国のパッケージ顧客の主担当として、顧客の要求事項を把握し、顧客のニーズを満たすために材料の選定、フォーミュレーションのデザイン、性能評価、顧客訪問、製造部門との提携を通じて、量産化までの開発関連全般を担当し、チームメンバーを率いて開発プロジェクトを推進します。Øアカウントマネージャーや現地の技術サポートと緊密に連携し、顧客の要求事項を材料の設計に変換し、顧客のニーズと機器の制限に応じたプロセスガイドラインを作成します。
Ø顧客を訪問し、密にコミュニケーションを取り、正確な情報を得て技術サポートを提供するとともに、良好な信頼関係を築きます。
Øサプライヤーと協力して原材料の設計と仕様を決定し、原材料の選択から量産までのプロセスを完成させます。
Ø社内の研究開発プログラムの報告書や、顧客および社内向けのプレゼンテーション資料を作成し、報告します。

<必要なスキル、能力>
•化学を専攻した修士以上の学位
•化学会社にて、特に半導体リソグラフィー関連の材料開発に従事した経験
•日本語、中国語、英語での高いコミュニケーション能力
•新素材開発に強い関心があり、カスタマーサポートの経験があること
•プロジェクトリーダー経験があり、チームメンバーを率いて開発を進める能力
•リーダーシップがあり、チームメンバーとの関係を上手に構築できること
•チャレンジ精神旺盛で元気で明るい方、スポーツ経験者歓迎
Job Title: Senior Scientist Expert / PRAS Free I-Line Resist
ØAs the primary contact for TSMC or Chinese packaging customers, you will understand customer requirements and be responsible for selecting materials, designing formulations, evaluating performance, visiting customers, and collaborating with the manufacturing department to oversee all aspects of development until mass production, while leading team members to drive development projects.ØYou will work closely with the account manager and local technical support to translate customer requirements into material designs and create process guidelines tailored to customer needs and equipment constraints.
ØYou will visit customers, maintain close communication to obtain accurate information, provide technical support, and build good relationships based on trust.
ØYou will collaborate with suppliers to determine the design and specifications of raw materials, completing the process from material selection to mass production
ØYou will prepare reports for internal R&D programs and create presentation materials for customers and internal stakeholders
.
•A master's degree or higher with a major in chemistry
•Experience in materials development, particularly in semiconductor lithography, at a chemical company
•Strong communication skills in Japanese, Chinese, and English
•A keen interest in new material development and experience in customer support
•Project leader experience with the ability to lead team members in development
•Strong leadership skills and the ability to build good relationships with team members
•A proactive and positive attitude; sports experience is welcome
•Ability to engage in active, open, and honest communication within the team and across international teams
•A high level of safety awareness
