動物病院の運営を支える事業を行う弊社。

獣医師や動物看護師の皆さんが獣医療に集中できるよう、

システム導入や運用のお手伝いを一緒にしませんか。

募集背景:事業拡大のための増員

  • 主な業務内容

・動物病院への営業 (バックオフィス業務提供サービス、特にシステム分野)

・動物病院内でのIT関連のサポート (ネットワーク整理・トラブル対応、PC等のハードウェアの調整・トラブル対応、DX推進、など)

・パソコン等の納品作業やネットワーク構築 (小規模院内ネットワークの設定レベル)

・(将来的には)チームマネジメント

  • 関わる人・チーム構成

・顧客:動物病院の院長、獣医師、看護師など

・チーム:動物病院を支えるバックオフィス業務を受託するメンバー達。特にシステムチーム。

・Windows

・Microsoft Office

・動物病院における電子カルテ、業務システム

  • 業務範囲に含まれないこと

・財務・経理、人事・労務といった専門バックオフィス業務

・業務システムの新規開発や高度なプログラミング業務

  • 必須条件

・Windowsの基本操作

・Microsoft Officeを使った見積書・提案書の作成経験

・普通自動車免許(訪問業務があるため)

  • 歓迎する経験

・医療業界(人医・動物医療問わず)での営業またはサポート経験

・法人顧客への提案・導入支援の経験

・IT機器やシステムの導入立ち会い・設定作業の経験

  • 歓迎する知識・スキル

・ネットワークの基礎知識

(LAN、IPアドレス、ルーター・スイッチの役割を説明できるレベル)

・PC・周辺機器に関する基礎知識

(Windows/Macの違い、CPU・メモリ・ストレージの役割を説明できる)

・電子カルテや業務システムを「使う側」として触った経験

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

09:00 ~ 18:00 ※休憩1時間

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代・一律手当の総額

基本給:月給 30万円 〜 60万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり26万2100円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

1ヶ月あたり0円 〜 3万円

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

※ご経験・スキルによってご相談に応じます

・残業代:別途全額支給

・交通費支給(規定あり:月3万円まで)

リーダー・主任クラス :~520万+賞与

スペシャリスト・マネージャークラス:550万~+賞与

能力、貢献度により年収800万以上も可能です
