Responsibilities
EOR(成形前後の製品チェック)に参加し、品質向上を関係部門と協力して進める。
金型や治工具の修正・新規製作に対応し、安全かつ正確に作業を行う。
修正指示書に基づいて金型を修正し、必要に応じて納期調整も行う。
金型廃却時には、技術情報が外部に漏れないよう適切な処理を行う。
改善活動(改善サークル)に参加し、関連部署のサポートも行う。
- Participate in EOR (End of Run) activities and work with related departments to improve molding quality.
- Perform mold and jig/tool modifications or new fabrication safely and accurately.
- Carry out mold corrections based on repair instructions and coordinate delivery schedules when needed.
- Ensure proper processing of customer‑owned and in‑house molds at the time of disposal to prevent any leakage of technical information.
- Actively participate in improvement activities (Kaizen circles) and support related departments.
