仕事内容


【貿易事務のお仕事をお任せします】

貿易(輸出・輸入)に関わる、

専門的な事務のお仕事です。

他の事務職と比べ、専門知識や語学力、

コミュニケーション力が活かせます。

<具体的な仕事内容>

・輸出入税関へ対しての通関書類の作成

・税関検査、植物検疫の対応

・航空会社や船会社とのスケジュール交渉

・WayBIll(貨物運送状)の発行

  • 通関書類ってどんなもの?

輸出入する商品の数量や、

取引条件などの情報を英語で記載した書類。

リスクが伴う貿易においての取引の証拠です。

業務は多岐にわたりますが、

海上/航空の分け目なく、総合的に
