Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enablon Specialist with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Enablon implementation or support.

The ideal candidate should possess strong domain knowledge of EHS, Risk, and Compliance processes, along with excellent bilingual communication skills to collaborate effectively with global and local teams.

Key Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and maintain various Enablon modules including EHS, Risk, Sustainability, and Compliance.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to manage enhancements, resolve issues, and support ongoing system improvements.
Conduct user training, UAT, and prepare comprehensive documentation in both English and Japanese.
Work closely with IT and business teams to support system integration, performance optimization, and continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–10 years of experience in Enablon implementation or application support.
Strong understanding of EHS, Risk, and Compliance processes and workflows.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese (business level).
JLPT N2 or higher with good conversational ability.
Ability to work in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
