仕事内容:

大手グループコールセンターで、コールセンター業務+コールセンターのマネジメント業務をお願いします。

コール管理や研修実施、事務管理、スタッフ管理、シフト作成など多岐にわたりますが、スタッフのモチベート管理や応対支援などにも積極的に取り組んでいただきます。

・問い合わせ対応:カードの新規申込み、各種キャンペーンなど

・書類発送

・郵送物封入

・クライアント企業との折衝

・コール管理

・研修実施

・事務管理

・スタッフ管理、シフト作成

・センタースタッフのモチベート管理

・センタースタッフの応対支援・指導(品質管理・CS向上)

・クライアント企業との良好なリレーション作り
