【Responsibility】
Sales Force Effectiveness
・Create sales target proposition
・Generate insights behind performance and draw recommendation of optimal
resource allocation to Business unit
・Design and roll out Sales Incentive plan & KPI for Business Unit
・Monitor sales target and Field team activities KPI and provide feedback
including collective actions
Reporting & Data Strategy Reporting & Data management
・Build Data warehouse and data repository for the entity
・Develop data literacy of local colleagues
・Standardizing report and Dashboard within local and with Global
・Own CRM and enhance strategic utilization of the system and
data accumulated in it
・Improve data compliance in CRM
・Develop capability of team member and users for data driven decision making
Analytics
・As a core member of analytic project for field force responsible to
bridge field team and analytic team
・Recommend data to use for the analytics and prepare data set
