Q. どんなお仕事ですか?

A. 高速道路など公共構造物の保全管理業務です。道路や道路施設の点検、工事の施工管理を行い、社会インフラの維持保全に直接貢献できます。

A. ・公共工事・民間工事の工事監督支援

・施工現場の品質管理・安全管理

・工程管理および積算技術業務

・発注者支援に係る各種技術サポート

・維持修繕工事・更新工事に係る施工管理

・法令・業務上の諸規則を遵守でき、中立性・公平性をもって業務にあたることができる方

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間: 8時30分~17時15分(休憩時間45分)

勤務曜日: 完全週休2日制(毎週土曜日・日曜日)

休暇・休日:

年間休日数: 120日

休日形態: 完全週休2日制、祝日、年末年始休暇

有給休暇: 6ヶ月経過後に年次有給休暇10日を付与

振替休日: 休日出勤があった場合は振替休日で対応

基本給(月額): 183,000円~240,000円

月給総額: 240,000円~440,000円(年齢・経験・能力を考慮して決定)

各種手当:

・資格手当:2,000円~100,000円

・現場手当:30,000円~50,000円

・特別手当:25,000円~50,000円

・都市手当:10,000円~30,000円

・遠隔手当:10,000円~50,000円

・家族手当:配偶者5,000円、子3,000円

・通勤手当:実費支給上限なし

・残業手当あり(月平均時間外労働時間20時間)

賞与: 年3回、計6.00ヶ月分(前年度実績)

試用期間: 3ヶ月(試用期間中の労働条件は本採用と同条件)
