仕事内容:

IT企業の人事戦略部にて、1800名規模の組織を支える労務サポートをお願いします。

業務はすべて内製化しており、一貫した管理運営を通じて労務のスペシャリストを目指せます。

現在はM&Aによる関連会社管理に加え、健康経営優良法人認可の取得や子育てサポート認定の取得など、より働きやすい環境整備も推進中です。

・入社者への労務関係説明

・身元保証証、入社前情報のチェック

・エンジニア社員の所定労働時間管理(勤怠システムへの取り込み・営業担当への連携)

・助成金申請

・住宅手当の管理

・慶弔見舞金申請の管理

・社員からの問合せ対応・回答
