人事総務【登戸】フルフレックス勤務可 【在宅勤務あり/長期休暇のとりやすさ 】

【仕事内容】

管理部門の一員として、組織運営に関わる幅広い業務を担当いただきます。

【想定業務】

・組織・人事に関する制度の企画・運用

・就業・労働環境の整備、安全衛生に関する管理

・社内ルールや体制の整備・改善

・社内外との調整業務、イベント運営 など

部門内で役割分担を行いながら柔軟に業務を担っていただきます。

具体的な業務領域はご経験・ご志向性に応じて決定します。

【働く環境】

・職場の過半数が20代〜40代の社員が多く、若手〜中堅で運営されており、入社年次に関わらず一定の裁量をもって活躍できます。

・年間休日121日、フルフレックス制度、在宅勤務可など働き方の多様化を進めています。

・有給奨励日を設け、夏季休暇に有休を取得し9連休、年末年始も有休と繋げている社員が多くフレキシブルに働けます。

【勤務時間】フルフレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間8時間・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均10時間

8時から17時で就業される方が多いです。

【給与】

500万円〜800万円

月給制 基本給220000円〜

残業代全額支給

  • 一律(固定)手当

地域手当 40000円

  • 変動手当

家族手当 (配偶者:月5,000円、子ども1人につき:月2,500円)※被扶養者のみ

出張手当

  • 通勤手当

支給あり(会社規定に準ずる)実費支給

  • 賞与あり 年2回(6月・12月)※参考想定支給月数:5ヶ月程度
  • 昇給あり 年1回(9月)

前職での経験やスキルに応じて支給額を決定します

完全週休2日制

土曜日、 日曜日、 祝日、 年末年始休暇、 GW休暇、 産前・産後休暇、 育児休暇、 介護休暇、 特別休暇、 夏季休暇

・年に数回祝日出勤あり
