About This Opportunity

This position is located at our Hikari factory, which plays a vital role in our global supply network.

The Sterilization Manufacturing department is responsible for producing injectable products, including bi-layer vials and double-chambered syringes, for global distribution.

This role will be involved in:

  • Cleanroom operations, including equipment operation and maintenance (washing machines, sterilizers, filling machines, etc.)
  • Equipment and component cleaning
  • Maintenance and management of water supply and air conditioning systems
  • Standard Operating Procedure updates and documentation using computer software
  • Education and training for pharmaceutical production purposes

No prior experience in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing is required.

About You

We are seeking individuals who can work in a cleanroom environment and operate machinery, as well as those with basic PC skills (Word, Excel).

You should be able to follow procedures carefully, work diligently, and adapt to shift work schedules.

Working Conditions

This role requires regular working hours from 7:00 to 21:00 (Microcapsule G), 6:00 to 24:00 (Syringe G), or 8:00 to 16:45 (Bi-layer Vial G).

Overtime work may be required.

Shift work schedules include weekends and national holidays.

Employment Terms

This is a fixed-term contract position with a maximum duration of 5 years.
