【仕事内容】

ソフトウェア品質保証(SQA)やプロセス改善活動(SEPG)を通じた組織のソフトウェア品質向上業務を担当いただきます。

【具体的には】

チームで取り組んでいる以下のテーマから、スキルや経験、キャリアプランに合わせて具体的なテーマを決めていきます。

・自動運転や先進安全アプリケーション等、最先端プロジェクトの品質保証やプロジェクト支援

・組織標準の品質管理や開発プロセスの策定と、継続的プロセス改善の推進

・開発現場の改善につながる品質技術の導入や定着推進(アジャイル開発、CI/CD環境構築等)

・ソフトウェア品質向上に関する組織単位での施策の企画・推進

・A-SPICEやISO9001等のアセスメント・内部監査業務

・製品化された組込みソフトウェア開発において、品質保証、品質管理、プロセス開発/改善のいずれかに関わったことがある(業界不問、言語不問)

・チームで協力し、現場や他部門と円滑にコミュニケーションできる方

【給与】

万円

※上記年収は残業代及び諸手当込み ※経験を考慮して決定

※採用時の職種や職能資格により、試用期間終了後に本人が希望し会社が認めた場合に「裁量労働制(専門業務型、企画業務型)」を適用する可能あり
