土木施工管理は、若いうちから現場を動かすリーダーとして成長できる仕事です。道路や橋、河川など社会に必要なインフラを形にし、チームで一丸となって完成させる達成感を味わえます。未経験でも先輩の指導を受けながら技術を身につけられます


★業務内容

・安全管理

災害ゼロを目指すための巡回、指差呼称、安全帯確認の実施

・品質管理

現場ごとの品質基準に応じたチェックポイントの設定と是正

・協力会社・職人との調整

日次・週次の工程ミーティングを通じた認識の共有

・各種書類作成・提出

発注者・監理者・社内向けの報告用書類作成と提出管理

・工程管理

各作業の優先順位を考慮した日程表の調整・更新

・原価管理

外注費・人件費の変動に対する再見積もりやコスト提案

・関係各所との折衝

自治体・設計・ゼネコンとの円滑な意思疎通と対応

・資材・機材の手配・管理

使用頻度や保管方法に応じた効率的な搬入計画の作成
