■組織の役割
当部門は2023年4月に設立されたグループ横断のDX推進と実行のために設立された新しい組織で、グループ共通のデータ利活用プラットフォームである「Sony Data Ocean」やソニーアカウントのアカウントプラットフォームなどDXを実現するためのアプリケーションサービスの開発と運用を、クラウド技術とアジャイル開発プロセスを最大限に活用して実行しています。
■担当予定の業務内容
クラウド上で稼働するアプリケーションの設計開発やクラウドインフラの設計構築等システム開発運用業務全般を、部門全体で推進している大規模アジャイル開発プロセスで実行します。関係者とのコミュニケーションはTeamsやSlack、コラボレーションツールとしてはAtlassian社のJiraやConfluenceなどを積極的に活用しています。

当部門が運営するプラットフォームにおいてソフトウェアエンジニアとして開発運用業務全般をご担当いただきます。またご経験によっては、リーダーとして開発業務だけではなくの事業部への導入も含めたプラットフォーム全体の活動をリードする役割を担っていただく可能性もあります。
■職場の環境
「ファーストクラスのエンジニアリングチーム」を目指し、各メンバーはそれぞれの専門領域のスキルを高めるために日々自己研鑽に励んでいます。また在宅勤務を活用しながら仕事と育児の両立をしている社員が多く、出社時間も裁量に応じて比較的自由です。また残業時間も少なく繁忙期も決まっているわけではないので、いつでも休暇も取りやすい職場です。

必要となるスキル/経験
■必須
・AWS上で稼働するアプリケーションの開発経験(5年以上)
・フロントエンドアプリまたはバックエンドAPI等の開発経験(開発言語は問わず)
・CI/CDを用いた開発経験
・スクラム開発の経験
■尚可
・クラウドインフラの設計・構築経験
・プロジェクトリーダーの経験
・英語圏の海外メンバーとの協業経験
■人物像

求める語学力
TOEIC:650点以上が望ましい
※英語のドキュメント読解やメール等でのコミュニケーション及び担当者間での技術議論に支障が無いレベル
※海外メンバーとのコミュニケーションが比較的多いため、TOEICのスコアが足りなかったとしても海外メンバーと躊躇せずにコミュニケーションしようとする気持ちがある方を重視します。
