樹脂発泡品、 合成ゴムなどの製品の営業をお任せします(ルー ト営業がメイン)/業界未経験歓迎

◎業務内容

【取扱商品】

・ケミカル製品(ポリウレタンフォ ー ム、ポリエチレン)

・車両分野(吸音材、シール材、パッキン材、オー ナメント)

・建設機械分野(緩衝材、断熱材、吸音材) .冷凍、冷蔵庫、空調分野(防露材、制振材、シール材、パッキン材)

・メディア分野(緩衝材、洗浄スポンジ) ・コンシューマ分野(緩衝材、クッション材、クリーナ ー)

【業務概要】

・お客様のニーズ、課題をヒアリング

・ヒアリング内容をもとに、材料の選定~加工方法の検討

・お客様への見積提示

・試作品の製作

・本生産を行い納品

◎ご入社後について

入社後3ヶ月間は研修がメインとなり、樹脂発泡品や合成ゴム等の取扱い商品の知識を学びながら、 加工協力工場にて数日間モノづくり工程を経験して頂きます。

その後、上司・先輩の営業に同行しながら、会社や製品、仕事全体の流れを覚えて頂き、 独り立ちできるまでは上司・先輩が同行して全面的にサポートします。
