Job Description

We seek a talented Presales Supply Chain & MES Solution Specialist to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions using our Supply Chain and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) technology.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify leads for MES solutions within the supply chain domain.

• Develop content for internal and external events and participate as a speaker or exhibitor.

• Analyze client requirements and challenges to offer IFS SCM & MES solutions that address their specific needs.
">
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations highlighting the features and benefits of our MES solutions.
">
• Act as a subject matter expert on MES technology, providing insights and recommendations to clients during the presales process.
">
• Work closely with product development and engineering teams to stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of our MES solutions.
">
• Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral to support the sales process.
">
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support the presales process.
">
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to implementation phase.

Requirements

">
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
">
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in presales, consulting, or technical sales roles within the manufacturing industry.
">
• Experience selling and implementing MES solutions within the supply chain domain.
">
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
">
• Strong analytical and issue-solving skills.
">
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
">
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Fluent English communication or willingness to communicate with foreign colleagues.

Additional Information

">
• Experience with quality management, quality assurance, and manufacturing execution with KPIs like OEE.
">
• MES11 and leading MES platforms such as Siemens SIMATIC IT, Rockwell Automation MES, Dassault DELMIA Apriso, SAP MES etc.
">
• Manufacturing or product IoT experience.
">
• Leading ERP platforms and manufacturing modules such as Oracle, Infor, SAP etc.
">
• Supply Chain Planning experience with I2, O9, Anaplan, KINAIXS etc.
">
• Certifications in supply chain management or relevant technologies (APICS, CPIM, Six Sigma) would be a plus.
">

Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.">
