Job Description Summary
Within ASML the sector Customer Support (CS) is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations.

The Field service Engineer (FSE) , an ambassador for ASML, must be the first line of support for the repair and maintenance of the ASML Systems.

Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) for ASML semiconductor lithography equipment, you will provide comprehensive support to customers, including:

• Operational equipment support and performance monitoring
• Mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and optical repairs, servicing, and maintenance

When complex issues arise, you will escalate them promptly to higher-level support to ensure timely resolution and maintain committed performance for the customer.

This role requires on-site support under a 24/7 coverage model. You should expect to spend more than 50% of your time inside a cleanroom environment working with mechanical and electrical equipment. Flexibility is essential, including the ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) when required. Additionally, you must be available for
on-call support outside regular working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
.

Key Requirements
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment for extended periods.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Flexibility to work shifts and respond to on-call duties.

Ability to communicate(Japanese) effectively with customers
